About the role
We are looking for an AI Video Editor to bridge the gap between creative storytelling and cutting-edge automation. In this role, you will transform scripts, concepts, and raw footage into engaging, high-retention video content by leveraging generative AI tools and traditional editing software. You will manage the full post-production pipeline—from rough cuts and AI generation to final polish—accelerating our content velocity without sacrificing creative quality.

Responsibilities:
AI Content Generation: Create AI-powered visuals, B-roll, characters, backgrounds, and avatar-driven presentations using text-to-video and image generation platforms.

Video Editing & Assembly: Combine live-action footage and AI-generated clips into cohesive, compelling narratives with robust hooks, pacing, and visual rhythm.

Workflow Optimization: Automate repetitive post-production tasks—such as rough cuts, transcription, captioning, and background noise removal—using intelligent editing features.

Artifact Cleanup & Refinement: Fix AI visual inconsistencies, warping, flickering,



or lip-sync errors through masking, tracking, upscaling, and post-production touch-ups.

Sound Design & Polishing: Synchronize dialogue, add background music, Foley, sound effects (SFX), and dynamic kinetic captions tailored for mobile-first or platform-specific dimensions.

Platform Optimization & Iteration: Rapidly produce multiple hook variations and ad or social iterations optimized for platforms like Meta, YouTube, and Instagram.

Brand Consistency: Maintain consistent character appearances, visual language, color grading (LUTs), and typography aligned with brand guidelines.

Requirements:
Experience: [1–3 years] of professional experience in video editing, motion design, or digital content creation.

Traditional Editing Suites: Advanced proficiency in tools such as [Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve].

Generative AI Tools: Hands-on experience with AI video and generation platforms like [Runway Gen-3, Google Veo, Kling, Pika or ElevenLabs].

Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of frame interpolation, audio balancing, color correction, and resolving AI-generated visual glitches.

Storytelling & Pacing: Strong creative instinct with an understanding of viewer retention, direct-response marketing principles, or short-form engagement metrics.
