About the Role

Mimyk is looking for an Accounts, Finance & Compliance Executive to support accounting operations, financial reporting, taxation, statutory compliance, and coordination with external Chartered Accountants.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Financial Reporting

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations using Zoho Books.

- Maintain accurate books of accounts, reconciliations, and financial records.

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

- Support MIS and management reporting requirements.

Taxation & Compliance

- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance activities.

- Prepare supporting documents and schedules for tax filings.

- Ensure timely compliance with filing deadlines.

Audit & CA Coordination

- Work closely with Mimyk's external Chartered Accountant team.

- Prepare schedules, reconciliations, and financial documents required for audits and statutory filings.

- Support statutory audits, tax audits, and compliance reviews.





Required Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.

- 2-5 years of relevant experience in accounting, taxation, audit, or compliance roles.

- Experience preparing financial statements and maintaining books of accounts.

- Experience working with auditors, tax consultants, and Chartered Accountants.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.

- Experience with Zoho Books preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

- M.Com, MBA (Finance), CA Inter, CMA Inter, or equivalent qualification.

- Experience in a CA firm, startup, consulting firm, or technology company.
