The Role:

We are looking for a responsible, alert, and observant Security & Monitoring Executive to support our security and technology monitoring operations.

The role involves continuously monitoring security dashboards, CCTV feeds, intrusion alarm systems, network/system status, and other critical alerts. The person will be responsible for identifying unusual activity or alerts, following the defined process, informing the appropriate team, maintaining records, and ensuring that issues are properly followed up.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor security, system, network, and operational dashboards.
- Continuously monitor CCTV feeds and identify unusual or suspicious activity.
- Monitor the Alarm System and promptly report alarms or abnormal conditions.
- Monitor important security and technology alerts and follow the defined response process.
- Identify unusual events, outages, warnings, or activities and immediately inform the appropriate person/team.
- Follow the monitoring process: Detect → Acknowledge → Validate → Escalate → Track.
- Maintain accurate records of alerts, incidents, observations, and actions taken.
- Follow up on alerts and monitoring tasks until they are properly closed.
- Conduct scheduled weekly checks and prepare basic monitoring reports.




- Escalate high-priority or suspicious events immediately without delay.
- Maintain proper shift handover information, including open alerts, incidents, pending actions, escalations, and significant observations.
- Perform any other monitoring or reporting activities assigned by the IT/Security team.

- Willing to learn new systems, dashboards, and monitoring procedures.
- Punctual and reliable, particularly for shift-based responsibilities.
- Language preference- Hindi and English.

Work Requirements:

- Comfortable working in a 24×7 monitoring environment.
- Willing to work night shifts, weekends, holidays, and rotational shifts when required.
- Comfortable spending extended periods monitoring CCTV screens, dashboards, and alerts.
- Must maintain continuous attention during the assigned monitoring period.
- Must be willing to take responsibility for alerts and ensure proper escalation and handover.
- Willingness to work from office/site locations as required.
- Occasional travel to operational sites may be required.
