Experience Range: 7 to 12 Years

Location: Pune/Chennai

Must Have:

Core Skills

- Strong experience in IBM sterling Filegateway, Integrator, Global Mailbox, Control centre
- Solid experience in IBM sterling Installation, upgrade, configuration activities.
- Experience on Fortra Global Scape and Go anywhere.
- Knowledge on Linux, Windows commands
- Troubleshoot issues related to IBM sterling and its components, system and network connectivity.
- Open for 24/7 support and on-call

Good to Have:





- Strong interpersonal skills; role will require engagement with a varied and global internal customer bas
- Documentation skills and python, PowerShell scripting knowledge is required.

Essential:

- Manage File transfers in technologies like File gateway, global mailbox.
- Troubleshoot issues related to IBM sterling and its components, system and network connectivity.

Minimum Qualification:

- 15 years of full-time education
- Minimum percentile of 50% in 10th, 12th, UG & PG (if applicable)
