Industry: Alternative Investment Fund (AIF) – Category II

We are looking for a dynamic, target-driven professional to lead investor outreach, fund mobilisation, relationship management, and investor onboarding for our AIF operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate investor opportunities through calls, referrals, networking, and company-provided leads
- Engage with HNIs, UHNIs, Family Offices, Corporate Investors, and Skilled Investors
- Conduct outreach through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and personal meetings
- Present fund opportunities and investment propositions to prospective investors
- Schedule and coordinate investor meetings with senior management
- Build strong relationships with Wealth Managers, IFAs, MFDs, Chartered Accountants, Corporate Consultants, and Family Offices
- Achieve monthly and quarterly fund mobilisation targets
- Manage end-to-end investor onboarding, including KYC, FATCA, subscription agreements, declarations, and application forms
- Coordinate with Trustees, Legal Advisors, Compliance teams, and Fund Administration partners




- Maintain investor records, onboarding trackers, documentation, and MIS reports

- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-management skills
- Understanding of financial products and investment concepts
- Strong documentation, coordination, and process-management ability
- CRM and reporting proficiency
- Ability to perform in a target-oriented environment
