- Explain products/services clearly to customers.

- Maintain proper communication and follow up with customers when required.

- Record customer details and call-related information.

- Achieve assigned daily/weekly calling targets.

- Maintain skilled and polite communication with customers.

Requirements:

- Minimum 12th pass.

- Good communication skills in Hindi and/or English.

- Basic smartphone/computer knowledge.

- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
