Job profile description of AADM

1- Recruitment of agents from Open market using self contacts and other field activities and social media marketing

2- IRDA licensing of agents and certification

3- Business Generation through agents and achieving monthly targets through agents

4- Joining with agents for sales calls

5- Field support to agents

Fixed CTC plus Huge Growth opportunities and incentives structure
