⏰ Shift: US Shift | Monday-Friday | 5:30 PM - 2:30 AM
Fixed Salary: Up to ₹5 LPA
Incentives: Uncapped earning potential with no upper limits

Key Responsibilities
Generate new business through cold calling, emails, and prospecting.
Build and maintain relationships with shippers and customers.
Manage opportunities from initial contact through closure.
Work closely with operations teams to ensure excellent customer experience.
Consistently achieve sales and business development targets.
