Who We're Looking For
✔ Minimum 5 years of experience in agricultural machinery sales, dealership development, or area management
✔ Strong local market knowledge and dealer/distributor network
✔ Self-driven skilled with entrepreneurial mindset




✔ Own vehicle and willingness to travel
✔ Passion for agriculture, mechanization, and business growth
Key Responsibilities
Develop and expand dealer and distributor network in assigned territory
Generate retail and institutional sales opportunities
Identify new business prospects and market potential
Support dealer onboarding and market development activities
Coordinate product demonstrations and customer engagement programs
Monitor competitor activities and market trends
Submit regular sales and business development reports
