Job Description;

20+ years’ experience in the textile industry

Should take complete accountability and responsibility for the efficient functioning of our manufacturing units

Should take complete accountability and responsibility for the P/L of our manufacturing units

Should work closely with the management to identify loopholes and set systems in place to correct them

Should be able to lead of team of senior members (around 4 unit heads would be reporting to him/her)

Should already have experience serving in this role or a similar role

Should have robust communication and interpersonal skills

Should have high level of integrity and ethics

Should be able to speak fluently in Tamil
