Key Responsibilities

- Contact customers after their credit report analysis and understand their requirements and concerns.
- Explain credit report issues, their impact, and suitable solutions in a simple and explicit manner.
- Conduct consultation and service-pitch calls and explain Credit Samadhaan's credit repair services, process, pricing, and timelines.
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally and follow up with interested customers.
- Send quotations and service details and convert qualified customers into paid customers.
- Identify relevant upsell opportunities based on customer requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer handover.
- Update all customer interactions, follow-ups, quotations, and conversion status in the CRM.
- Maintain daily records and work towards monthly conversion and revenue targets.
- Ensure professional, ethical, and customer-focused communication at all times.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
