HR Supervisor
Lead HR operations, empower teams, and drive excellence in workplace practices. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to take ownership of HR operations across India while leading and mentoring a high-performing HR team. You will play a critical role in ensuring seamless HR service delivery, maintaining compliance, enhancing employee experience, and supporting business success through effective people practices and operational excellence.
What Youll Be Doing
- HR Operations Management: Oversee daily HR operational activities, ensuring processes are delivered accurately, efficiently, and in line with company policies and timelines.
- Employee Administration: Manage offer letters, employment documentation, onboarding processes, payroll inputs, employee records, and other key HR administration activities.
- Query Resolution: Monitor shared HR mailboxes and ensure timely, professional, and accurate responses to employee and manager queries.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and support HR team members, providing direction, coaching, and guidance to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Performance Management: Drive team productivity through effective goal setting, performance tracking, scorecards, and regular reporting.
- Capability Development: Foster continuous learning and professional development within the team to maintain high standards of HR support.
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external providers, including insurance, childcare benefits, and background verification partners.
- Service Delivery: Ensure vendor compliance with contractual agreements, service-level expectations, and operational requirements.
- HR Systems Management: Maintain accurate employee records within HR systems and ensure data integrity across all HR processes.
- Reporting & Analytics: Produce HR metrics, KPI reports, and analytical insights to support business decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Process Improvement: Identify process gaps and implement enhancements that improve efficiency, compliance, service quality, and employee experience.
- Employee Relations Support: Provide guidance on workplace matters and support managers and employees with professionalism, discretion, and empathy.

What Were Looking For
- HR Leadership Experience: Possess a minimum of 6 to 7 years of experience in an HR Supervisor, HR Advisory, HR Services, or related leadership role.
- Team Management Expertise: Demonstrate proven experience leading, mentoring, and developing HR teams.
- HR Knowledge: Maintain a strong understanding of HR operations, best practices, and employment legislation.
- Organisational Skills: Effectively plan, prioritise, delegate, and manage multiple activities within a fast-paced environment.
- Employee Relations Capability: Be confident supporting managers and employees with workplace and employee relations matters.
- Communication Skills: Display excellent communication, listening, counselling, and interpersonal abilities.
- Self-Management: Work independently, manage competing priorities, and consistently deliver results within deadlines.
- Integrity & Confidentiality: Handle sensitive HR matters with professionalism, discretion,
and a high degree of confidentiality.
- Attention to Detail: Demonstrate exceptional accuracy, organisation, and quality in all aspects of HR administration and reporting.
- Technical Proficiency: Possess strong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain effective relationships with employees, managers, vendors, and business leaders.
