Import & Logistics ExecutiveIndustry: Plastic Raw Material Trading

Job ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end import shipments of plastic raw materials, including shipment tracking and delivery coordination.
Coordinate with overseas suppliers, shipping lines, freight forwarders, CHA/customs brokers, CFS and transporters.
Check and maintain import documents including Invoice, Packing List, BL/SWB, Certificate of Origin and Bill of Entry.
Coordinate with CHA for customs clearance, Bill of Entry filing, duty payment and container release.
Track container movement, ETA, delivery and empty container return.
Maintain inventory/stock records by product, grade, quantity, supplier and warehouse.
Monitor detention, demurrage, CFS, port, freight and transportation charges and highlight discrepancies.




Maintain shipment-wise records and prepare regular import, inventory and logistics reports.
Coordinate with sales, purchase, accounts and warehouse teams for smooth movement of material.
Requirements2–5 years of experience in Import/Export, Logistics or Trading.
Knowledge of Indian customs procedures and Bill of Entry.
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and documentation.
Robust follow-up, coordination and communication skills.
Experience in plastic/polymer/chemical/commodity trading will be an advantage.
Candidate should be responsible, detail-oriented and capable of independently handling multiple shipments.
