We are looking for a Shift In-charge / Operator to support sterilization operations and ensure smooth shift activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Check product details before processing.
Label products and affix required indicators.
Place dosimeters as per approved procedures.
Carry out Gamma, Steam and EtO sterilization as per procedures.
Monitor process parameters and report abnormalities.
Supervise protected loading and unloading of products.
Maintain process, shift and maintenance records.
Perform line clearance after each batch.
Ensure proper storage of processed products.
Ensure smooth operation of the facility.
Follow safety, cleaning and pest-control procedures.
Report breakdowns, deviations and safety issues to the Facility In-charge.
