Qualification: MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent
Key ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end recruitment and hiring.
Recruit doctors, nurses, therapists, technicians, front-office staff, counsellors, sales and support staff.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, consultants and walk-in interviews.
Screen CVs and conduct initial HR interviews.
Coordinate interviews with department heads.
Negotiate salary and manage offer letters.
Complete joining formalities and employee onboarding.
Maintain employee records, attendance and leave data.
Handle employee queries, grievances and disciplinary matters.
Coordinate payroll inputs and full & final settlements.
Monitor employee performance, retention and attrition.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly HR MIS and recruitment reports.
Ensure HR policies and applicable statutory requirements are followed.
