We are looking for a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day plant operations, supervise workers, coordinate with contractors and vendors, monitor machinery and production activities, and ensure safety and smooth site operations.

Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Mining Engineering, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in manufacturing, mining, mineral processing, construction, or industrial projects.
Basic knowledge of machinery, production, maintenance, and safety.
Valuable leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
