Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive with 1–5 years of experience in the Real Estate or Construction industry. The ideal candidate should have solid client-handling, negotiation, and closing skills, along with a proven track record of achieving sales targets

Key Responsibilities
Manage and follow up with assigned sales leads and convert them into successful sales.
Build and maintain robust relationships with clients, channel partners, and key accounts.
Conduct client meetings, project presentations, site visits, and negotiations.
Understand and effectively communicate project details,



specifications, timelines, pricing, and basic technical aspects to clients.
Follow up with prospective clients and ensure timely closure of deals.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and update customer information in CRM/sales management tools.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience from enquiry to closure.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management.
Be comfortable working in office and attending client meetings and project/site visits
