Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell Alibaba.com Gold Supplier (GGS) memberships to exporters, manufacturers, and SMEs.
Identify and qualify potential leads through cold calling, field visits, referrals, and online research.
Conduct product presentations and explain the benefits of Alibaba.com's platform to prospective clients.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable membership plans.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain and update lead records, follow-ups,



and sales activities in CRM systems.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and post-sales support.
Build long-term client relationships to drive renewals and referrals.
Submit daily activity reports and participate in sales review meetings.

Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in B2B Sales, Direct Sales, or Business Development.
Freshers with robust communication skills and a passion for sales may also apply.
Solid communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office, Email, and CRM tools.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel for client meetings.
