Job Summary

As a Technical Lead Gen AI, you will be a part of an Agile team to design and build healthcare applications and implement new features while adhering to the best coding development standards.

Responsibilities
Develop and enhance AI models, ensure they meet business requirements and performance standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and product managers, to integrate AI solutions into existing systems.
Participate in the end-to-end lifecycle of AI projects, from conceptualization and design to deployment and monitoring.
Conduct thorough data analysis to identify areas for model improvement and optimization.
Implement best practices for model training, validation, and testing requirements.

Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable.

Mandatory Technical Skills
Proven experience in leading AI projects, with a robust focus on model enhancement and optimization
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java
Deep understanding of machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g.: TensorFlow, PyTorch)
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and leadership abilities

Positive to Have Skills
Experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and computer vision
Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus
