Telecaller – Job Description

Only Female Telecallers are required.

Position: Telecaller

Location: Mahankali Nagar, Kukatpally

Qualification: Minimum 10th Class Pass

Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

Salary: ₹7,000-₹8,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain the services/opportunities.
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
Understand customer requirements and assist them accordingly.
Maintain basic records of calls and follow-ups.
Handle customer objections professionally and politely.
Achieve assigned calling and follow-up goals.

Required Skills:
Valuable verbal communication skills
Basic English and/or Telugu communication
Confident and polite manner
Positive listening and convincing skills
Basic computer knowledge
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to communicate effectively over the phone
