Business Loan Telecaller / Telesales Executive
Make outbound calls to SMEs and business owners to understand their financing requirements.
Generate and qualify leads for Business Loans, Working Capital, LAP, Term Loans and Invoice Discounting.
Understand customer requirements such as business turnover, loan amount, existing loans and nature of business.
Schedule qualified leads/meetings for the Sales Manager and follow up regularly.
Maintain lead details and update CRM/MIS records.
Coordinate with the sales team for documentation and further loan processing.

Requirements:
1–2 years of experience in Telecalling, Business Loan Sales, DSA, NBFC, Banking or Financial Services.
Business Loan / SME Lending experience preferred.
Positive Hindi and basic English communication skills.
Solid follow-up, convincing and customer-handling skills.
Comfortable speaking with business owners and working with sales targets.
Credit Card and Personal Loan experience will not be considered.

Salary: ₹20,000–₹25,000/month + Performance Incentives
