JOB DESCRIPTION for TEAM-LEADER
Lead and manage a team of Tele-calling and Field collection agents.
Set and monitor performance targets for the team.
Provide training, support, and guidance to team members.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Handle escalated customer issues and resolve in a timely manner.
Analyze collection data to identify areas for improvement.
Develop and implement strategies to improve collection efficiency.
Prepare and present regular reports on team performance.

ELIGIBILITY & SALARY CRITERIA
Experience* - Min 1 Year experience in Team Leading (DRA or Non-DRA)
Salary* - 20k- 30k (Negotiable as per previous salary package)
Qualification* - 12th or above
