Required Skills·

· Manage day-to-day export shipping and dispatch operations.

· Coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders, transporters, and shipping lines.

· Prepare and verify export shipping documents such as Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Bill, and other required documents.

Valuable knowledge of Export & Import Shipping Procedures.

· Experience in Handicrafts Export will be preferred.

· Knowledge of Shipping Bills, Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB and export documentation.

· Valuable coordination skills with CHA, freight forwarders and transporters.

· Basic knowledge of DGFT, Customs and export procedures.

· Positive communication and follow-up skills.

· Basic knowledge of MS Excel and documentation.

· Ability to manage multiple shipments and meet deadlines.
