Visit assigned zones in Raipur daily (stands, markets, terminals, charging points) and meet drivers in person.
Explain the platform and earning chance in Hindi or Chhattisgarhi.
Complete driver onboarding end to end: documents, app registration, and verification support.
Follow up until each onboarded driver is activated and taking rides.
Meet the daily visit target and the monthly onboarding target.
Update visits, leads, and onboardings in the company tracker before end of day.
Build local driver networks for referrals, and report field issues to the Team Leader.
