Role & responsibilities
The Digital Content Management Analyst will be responsible for managing and maintaining product content and catalogs across leading e-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, Shopee and Lazada. The role involves creating and updating recent product listings, cataloguing products, managing product titles, descriptions, attributes, specifications and other product information, ensuring content accuracy and completeness, performing quality checks, identifying and resolving listing errors, categorizing and mapping products as per marketplace guidelines, and maintaining existing catalogs. The candidate will also coordinate with internal teams to obtain or validate product information, ensure timely completion of assigned tasks, maintain high data quality and accuracy, and meet defined productivity and quality targets while demonstrating positive communication and solid attention to detail.
