We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented candidate to manage e-commerce operations . The role involves handling online marketplace operations (such as Amazon, Flipkart, etc.), order processing, inventory management, and coordinating warehouse dispatch to ensure smooth fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities : E-Commerce OperationsManage product listings on marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, and other e-commerce platforms.
Run campaign on Amazon , Flipkart and Meesho
Monitor and update product listings, pricing, stock availability, and images.
Coordinate with marketplace support teams for claims, reimbursements, and issue resolution.
Track sales performance, reviews, and ratings.
Assist in running promotions, deals, and advertising campaigns.
Maintain accurate stock records and inventory reconciliation.
Required Skills: knowledge of Amazon Seller Central / e-commerce platforms.
Positive Excel / Google Sheets skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
QualificationsGraduate in Commerce, Business, or any related field.
1–2 years experience in e-commerce operations preferred.
Growth prospects as the business scales.
