We are looking for a skilled SAP Testing Lead - MM/Retail Modules with 8 to 13 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in testing and quality assurance, with expertise in SAP modules.

Roles and Responsibility
Lead the testing team in planning, executing, and delivering high-quality tests for SAP MM/Retail modules.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements.
Develop and maintain test cases, scripts, and documentation for SAP MM/Retail modules.
Analyze and troubleshoot defects found during testing, working closely with development teams to resolve issues.
Ensure timely delivery of testing activities, meeting project deadlines and milestones.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.





Job Requirements
Solid knowledge of SAP MM/Retail modules, including functionality, configuration, and integration.
Experience in testing and quality assurance, with a focus on automation and script development.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
Ability to work effectively in a rapid-paced setting, prioritizing multiple tasks and projects.
Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in testing and quality assurance.
