Hiring: Garment Sales Staff / Sales Executive

We are looking for an experienced and energetic Sales Staff member for our garment store.

Job Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a polite and skilled manner.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable garments.
Have positive knowledge of men’s garments, sizes, fabrics, styles, and latest trends.
Handle customers confidently and convert enquiries into sales.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Maintain proper display and arrangement of garments in the store.
Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and attractive.
Handle customer queries and provide excellent customer service.
Support the store team in stock handling and inventory management.

Requirements:
Previous experience in garment/fashion retail sales preferred.
Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
Confident, active, and sales-oriented personality.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Willingness to achieve sales targets.

Experience: 1–3 years preferred
