Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Head – Consumer Durable Finance who will be responsible for managing the overall business, leading the complete team, developing business strategies, and driving growth across Rajasthan.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and lead the complete Sales & Business Development team.
Develop and execute business strategies for Consumer Durable Finance.
Set monthly, quarterly and yearly business targets for the team.
Drive business growth through Merchant, Dealer and Channel Partner networks.
Identify new markets, locations and business opportunities across Rajasthan.
Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants and channel partners.
Monitor team performance, productivity and achievement of targets.
Develop strategies to increase file generation, approvals and disbursements.
Coordinate with Operations, Credit, Collection and Management teams.




Analyze business data and prepare regular performance reports.
Take corrective actions wherever business performance is below target.
Recruit, train, guide and motivate team members.
Ensure proper implementation of company policies and business processes.
Take ownership of overall business growth, team performance and profitability.

Candidate Profile
Experience in Consumer Durable Finance / Consumer Finance / NBFC / Banking / Retail Finance preferred.
Solid experience in Sales & Business Development.
Experience managing a large sales team.
Solid leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
Good understanding of Merchant/Dealer/DSA/Channel Partner business models.
Ability to develop and execute business strategies.
Solid analytical and target-oriented approach.
Willingness to travel across Rajasthan as required.
