Telecaller / Collection Executive

Location: Hyderabad, Telangana

Salary: ₹15,000 fixed per month + Incentives

Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

Education: 10th / 12th / Graduate – Candidates from all backgrounds can apply
Job Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to customers regarding pending payments and collections.
Follow up with customers for timely payment and outstanding dues.
Communicate payment details and resolve basic customer queries.
Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, and payment commitments.
Achieve assigned collection and follow-up targets.
Coordinate with the concerned team regarding payment-related issues.
Handle customers professionally and maintain a positive communication approach.
Requirements:Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Valuable verbal communication skills in Telugu/Hindi/English will be an advantage.
Basic knowledge of computers and data entry.
Comfortable making regular outbound calls and following up with customers.
Target-oriented and confident in handling customer conversations.
Willingness to work as a Collection Executive on Call.
