Roles & Job Profiles
Packing: Preparing customer orders into appropriate boxes/mailer bags.
Picking: Retrieving products from warehouse storage shelves based on order sheets.
Scanning: Barcode scanning of products at inbound, sorting, and dispatch stages.
Putting: Shelving and restocking incoming inventory into specified bins/racks.
Sorting: Grouping parcels according to pin codes, hubs, and delivery routes.

Working Hours & Shifts
Shift Type: Day & Night rotational shifts.
Daily Shift Duration: 9 hours total (8 hours effective work + 1 hour break).
