Key ResponsibilitiesSell farm land and agricultural properties to investors and HNI clients
Generate and close high-value deals independently
Conduct site visits, land inspections, and client presentations
Guide clients on land usage, documentation, zoning, and investment potential




Negotiate pricing and close transactions efficiently
Maintain client relationships for repeat and referral business
Coordinate with internal legal and documentation teams
Stay informed on farm land market trends and regulations
