We are hiring a Business Development Executive (BDE) with 05+ years of experience. Freshers and experienced candidates with good communication, coordination, and customer-handling skills are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities
Generate new leads and identify potential customers.
Make calls and conduct client meetings as required.
Develop and maintain good customer relationships.
Promote company products and services.
Follow up with leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
Assist in preparing quotations and proposals.
Identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
Develop referrals and business networks.
Coordinate with internal teams for customer requirements.
Maintain customer and sales records.
Ensure regular follow-up with customers.
Support the team in achieving monthly sales targets.
Prepare regular sales and follow-up reports.

Requirements
Any Graduate.




0–5+ years of experience in Sales / Business Development.
Freshers with valuable communication skills can apply.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong willingness to learn sales and business development.
Basic negotiation and customer-handling skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
Must have a two-wheeler and a valid driving licence.

Salary & Perks
Salary: 15,000 – 25,000 per month, depending on skills, experience, and interview performance.
