Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Field Sales & Marketing Executive with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Building Materials / Construction-related products. The candidate will be responsible for developing new business, managing customers, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Generate recent business and achieve assigned sales targets.
Develop and maintain relationships with builders, contractors, architects, dealers, and distributors.
Conduct regular market visits and identify new sales prospects.
Promote and explain product features, pricing, and benefits to customers.
Generate leads, follow up on enquiries, and convert them into sales.
Manage existing customers and ensure repeat business.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing.




Coordinate with the internal team for quotations, orders, deliveries, and payments.
Maintain regular sales reports and update customer/lead information.
Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments from customers.

Requirements
Minimum 3 years of field sales experience, preferably in Building Materials / Construction products.
Strong knowledge of the local market and customer network.
Valuable communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Target-oriented and willing to travel extensively for field visits.
Valid driving licence and own vehicle preferred.
Ability to work independently and achieve sales goals.
Graduate / Diploma qualification preferred.

Preference will be given to candidates with an existing network among builders, contractors, architects, dealers, and construction companies.
