CA Inter/Semi Qualified CA is required

Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day accounting entries in Tally Prime/ERP.
Maintain general ledger, cash, bank, customer, and vendor accounts.
Record sales, purchases, receipts, payments, journal, and contra entries.
Prepare and verify invoices, vouchers, debit/credit notes, and supporting documents.
Perform bank, customer, vendor, and ledger reconciliations.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Monitor outstanding payments and receivables.
Prepare Trial Balance, Profit & Loss Account, Balance Sheet, and MIS reports.
Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
Coordinate with CA, auditors, banks, and other external parties when required.
Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
Maintain proper accounting records and documentation.
Verify expenses and ensure proper approvals and supporting documents.
Identify accounting discrepancies and take corrective action.
Prepare financial reports and provide accounting information to management.
Support budgeting, cash-flow monitoring, and other finance-related activities.
Supervise and guide junior accounting staff, if required.
