Job DescriptionWe are looking for a motivated and responsible Sales & Operations Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, sales follow-ups, order coordination, and day-to-day sales operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
Follow up with existing and potential customers.
Prepare and share quotations with customers.
Coordinate customer orders from confirmation to delivery.
Coordinate with production, warehouse, accounts, and transport teams.
Maintain customer and sales records in CRM/Excel.
Follow up on pending payments and customer requirements.
Generate recent business opportunities and maintain valuable customer relationships.
Update daily sales and follow-up reports.




Coordinate with customers regarding delivery schedules.
Support the management in day-to-day sales and operational activities.
Requirements1–3 years of experience in Sales / Operations / Customer Relationship / Business Development.
Valuable communication and negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and email.
Experience with CRM software is an advantage.
Candidates with experience in plywood, building materials, hardware, furniture, or related industries will be preferred.
Must be responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.
Should be comfortable with regular customer follow-ups.

Salary₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.

Additional Incentives: Performance-based incentives may be provided.
