Work will be case-by-case, not a full time office job.
Main work includes:
Property document verification
Title/ownership check
Registry and revenue record review
Mortgage/encumbrance check
Legal risk identification
Written legal opinion/report
Mandatory: LLB degree and valid State Bar Council enrollment.
Property/title verification experience preferred.
