Role Description

We're looking for a Performance Marketer who understands that valuable marketing is not just about running ads, it's about understanding people, testing ideas and turning data into growth.

You'll work on:
Planning and executing performance marketing campaigns across digital platforms
Managing and optimising paid campaigns across Meta, Google and other relevant platforms
Developing audience, targeting and retargeting strategies
Monitoring campaign performance, CAC, ROAS, CTR, conversions and other key metrics
Running A/B tests across creatives, audiences, messaging and landing pages
Working closely with the creative and design teams to develop performance-led content
Analysing campaign data and turning insights into actionable recommendations
Preparing performance reports and communicating learnings clearly
Keeping up with changing platforms, trends, formats and growth prospects

Qualifications




2+ years of experience in performance marketing
Solid understanding of Meta Ads and Google Ads
Comfortable working with data, analytics and performance metrics
Good understanding of funnels, conversion and customer journeys
Ability to connect creative thinking with measurable business outcomes
Strong communication and analytical skills
Experience working with multiple brands or industries is a plus
Familiarity with AI and marketing tools is a plus
