Job Title: Retail Cashier (Female)

Key Responsibilities
Handle cash, card, and digital payment transactions accurately.
Operate POS and cash register systems efficiently.
Scan products and process customer bills.
Issue receipts and maintain accurate transaction records.
Perform cash counting and daily cash reconciliation.
Assist customers with billing and payment-related queries.
Maintain a clean and organized checkout counter.
Follow company cash-handling, security, and store procedures.
Report billing or payment issues to the supervisor.
Support other store operations when required.

Requirements
Minimum 1 to 5 years of experience as a Cashier in a supermarket, hypermarket, retail store,



or FMCG environment.
Valuable communication and customer-service skills.
Basic knowledge of POS systems, billing, and cash handling.
Valuable numerical and transaction-handling skills.
Skilled appearance and positive attitude.
Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Basic English communication skills preferred.
Candidates from Siliguri and Meghalaya are highly preferred. Candidates from other parts of Northeast India are also welcome to apply.
