Purpose Of The Role
To manage the sales for the suite of CMS Products across the spectrum of Bank's clients, across specific Business verticals and regions, while overseeing and guiding Product sales Manager (PSMs) to drive performance.
Meet the agreed targets (liability & Fee), associated throughput and acquisition of current to bank clients with a focus to grow the TBG management revenues
Meet and service CMS & Capital Markets related requirements of clients by liaising with operations/Product. Process Improvements and new Product Development ideas, to achieve incremental cross-sell/increased share of wallet, to maintain highest service delivery standards/VOC scores.

Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning
Provide inputs on Sales and Strategy to product team for building & innovating transaction banking products & services.
Articulate and execute business strategy covering product development & sales.

Policies, Processes & Procedures
To manage the sales of CMS Product suite related across the entire spectrum of Bank's clients. Meet the target for:
Target (liability & fee)
Focus on maximising the PPI (Product Penetration Index)




Meet and structure solutions for cash management related requirements of clients. Process Improvements and new Product Development ideas, to achieve incremental cross-sell/increased share of wallet.
Ensure the steady flow of transaction banking business.
Meet agreed targets for liability & CMS Income. Meet agreed targets with respect to new client acquisitions.
Have a thorough understanding of RBI guidelines/internal bank processes and provide structured solutions to clients.
Undertake training of the relationship teams wherever necessary to enhance trade knowledge leading to increased penetration of trade finance products
Provide necessary MIS / Management update.
Acquisition of Recent to bank clients.

Education

Essential: Bachelor's degree in any field

Preferred: Master's degree is preferred

Experience

Essential: 12+ years of relevant experience in Cash Management Sales or Product/Program Management with at most being in a Corporate Banking / Servicing environment. Robust product knowledge and market understanding of Cash Management Products.
