Seeking a Agile Nutritionist/Dietician for a D2C brand in Bengaluru!
Job Responsibilities:
Lead product science across the innovation pipeline. Build product formulations that are unique, & differentiated vs the category. Clinical efficacy is a key deliverable for all projects.
Be the regulatory expert on the team. Needs to mentor, train, guide & hold accountability on all matters related to regulatory
Product science communication – Work with marketing across core products to test & scale communication ideas which make nutrition easy.
Represent the company across external forums to talk about the brand & related science. Also work collaboratively with external forums like IDA/PFNDAI/ ILSI, etc.
Help cx engagement team clarify customer queries related to the product
Guide other nutrition team members in building an affiliate channel with health experts & nutritionists
Job Qualifications
Proven experience as a practising nutritionist & dietician with a min 5 years experience
MSC/ Phd in Nutrition
Excellent presentation & communication skills
Experience in a start-up will be a plus
Outstanding organisational and leadership abilities
Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
Capable of working with senior leaders directly
