Role Description
Handle 80–100 inbound & outbound customer calls/day
Resolve customer queries and provide timely support
Maintain customer records and update data in MS Excel
Coordinate day-to-day operational activities
Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
Support upselling and identify relevant opportunities
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
