Key Responsibilities
Design Development: Create innovative interior design concepts and detailed layouts.
Technical Drawings: Prepare accurate 2D drawings using AutoCAD.
3D Visualization: Develop realistic renderings using SketchUp, V-Ray, and other rendering software.
Estimate Preparation: Prepare cost estimates and BOQs for projects.
Client Interaction: Collaborate with customers to understand requirements, present design proposals, and ensure satisfaction.
Project Coordination: Work closely with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely project delivery.
Quality Assurance: Maintain design standards and oversee execution to match approved concepts.
Skills & Qualifications
Educational Background: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
Software Proficiency: Solid command of AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, and rendering tools.
Experience: 5–8 years of professional experience in interior design.
Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and presentation abilities for client engagement.
Analytical Skills: Ability to prepare accurate estimates and manage budgets.
Creativity: Strong design sensibility with attention to detail.
