Finance Controller

Location: Bangalore, India

Salary: Up to ₹60 LPA

Experience Required: 8+ Years (Post-Qualification)

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the finance and accounts function, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulatory standards.
Develop and implement financial control processes and policies to ensure financial discipline across the organization.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support business decision-making.
Ensure compliance with Ind AS/IGAAP, Income Tax, GST, and RBI/NBFC regulatory frameworks.
Manage statutory and internal audits, ensuring timely completion and compliance with all requirements.
Collaborate with senior management to align financial strategies with business objectives.
Supervise the finance team, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.
Utilize ERP/accounting systems (Tally, SAP, Oracle, or similar) and advanced MS Excel for financial reporting and analysis.

Qualifications
Mandatory: Chartered Accountant (CA).




Minimum of 8+ years of post-qualification experience in finance/accounts, with at least 3 years in a leadership/controllership role.
Prior experience in gold loan companies, NBFCs, bullion trading, jewelry, or the financial services industry is strongly preferred.
Robust knowledge of Ind AS/IGAAP, Income Tax, GST, and RBI/NBFC regulatory framework.
Hands-on experience with ERP/accounting systems and advanced MS Excel.
Proven experience managing statutory and internal audits.
