Job Description:

Position: Asst. Manager/Manager - HR

Location: Vapi

Experience: 10 - 15 Years

Industries: FMCG

Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding and employee engagement.
Handle attendance, payroll coordination, leave and employee records.
Manage manpower planning and workforce requirements for plant/operations.
Handle employee relations, grievance management and disciplinary matters.
Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements and company policies.
Conduct performance management, training and development activities.
Coordinate with management and department heads for HR-related requirements.
Maintain HR MIS, reports and personnel documentation.
Support audits, inspections and HR policy implementation.
