We are looking for a passionate Engineering Lead to take our AI-powered hiring platform to the next level — building them into scalable, enterprise-grade solutions trusted by organizations globally.

You will be the technical backbone of Hiready, driving architecture and product development while ensuring our current and future products are cutting-edge, reliable, and built for scale.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead the design, architecture, and scaling of Hiready's core products.

Ensure enterprise readiness: SSO, security, compliance, reliability, and integrations.

Build and integrate AI-driven features across the product suite

Establish engineering best practices: code quality, CI/CD, monitoring, security.

Collaborate with founders, customers and client partnership teams to deliver impactful features.

Build, mentor and lead a high performing team of developers, engineers

What we are looking for :

Solid background in full-stack engineering (Node.js/Express, React/Next.js, TypeScript,



PostgreSQL/MongoDB).

Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Docker/Kubernetes, serverless) and scalable SaaS architectures.

Familiarity with AI/LLM stacks and integration into products

Proven ability to take a product from build to enterprise scale.

Passion for building world-class, user-focused products.

Startup mindset: ownership, adaptability, and a drive to make things happen.

Nice to have : Any prior experience of working on HR-tech solutions
