Job description:
Key Responsibilities:
Create and manage purchase orders and work orders for construction materials and services.
Source and procure construction materials (e.g., cement, steel, aggregates).
Negotiate with suppliers for competitive pricing, quality, and delivery timelines.
Monitor inventory levels, track procurement expenses, and ensure timely deliveries.
Maintain solid relationships with suppliers and resolve procurement issues promptly.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality standards, and project specifications.
Generate procurement reports and maintain accurate documentation.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
