Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Lead Generator who will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating qualified leads, conducting initial communication, and supporting the sales team in converting leads into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Generate new leads through cold calling, online research, WhatsApp, email, social media, and other sources.
Identify potential customers and businesses within the target market.
Make outbound calls to introduce company products and services.
Understand basic customer requirements and collect relevant information.
Qualify leads based on customer requirement, budget, location, and purchase timeline.
Maintain and regularly update the lead database / CRM.
Share qualified leads with the Sales Executive/Sales Manager for further follow-up.
Follow up with prospective customers as instructed by the sales team.
Maintain daily records of calls, enquiries, leads, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with the sales team regarding lead status and conversion.
Research market segments and identify new business opportunities.
Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly lead-generation targets.

Required Skills




Good communication and convincing skills.
Good telephone etiquette.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, Email and WhatsApp.
Valuable follow-up skills.
Ability to research and identify potential customers.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Ability to maintain accurate customer data.

Qualification
Graduate in any discipline.
Diploma/MBA in Sales & Marketing will be an added advantage.

Experience
0–2 years of experience in Lead Generation, Telecalling, Inside Sales, or Business Development.
Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.

Number of current leads generated.
Number of qualified leads.
Daily/weekly call activity.
Lead-to-enquiry conversion.
Follow-up completion.
Sales opportunities generated for the sales team.

Salary

₹[Salary Range] per month + Incentives, depending on experience and skills.

Pay: ₹10,074.39 - ₹25,000.00 per month
