Job Description:
Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, and relationship management.
Coordinate with clients throughout the sales and booking process.
Maintain regular communication with existing and prospective customers.
Support the sales team in achieving project targets.
Handle customer concerns and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up reports.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer service.
Requirements:
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in real estate/building construction is preferred.
Customer-oriented approach with valuable follow-up skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Pay: ₹15,086.00 - ₹22,913.48 per month
