Wok Nation is looking for an experienced Momo Chef/Chinese Chef to join our kitchen team in Sonarpur/Bauripur, Kolkata. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in preparing high-quality momos/Dimsums with consistent taste, presentation, and hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare different varieties of steamed, fried, and specialty momos.
Prepare fillings, dough, chutneys, sauces, and other required ingredients.
Maintain consistency in taste, portion size, quality, and presentation.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness standards.
Manage ingredient preparation and minimize food wastage.
Maintain proper stock of ingredients and coordinate with the kitchen team.
Requirements
2+ years of experience as a Momo Chef or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of momo/Dimsums preparation techniques and fillings.
Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced restaurant environment.
Good understanding of food hygiene and kitchen safety.
Team-oriented, disciplined, and reliable.
Candidates available for immediate joining will be preferred.
